"plays
by sense of smell"

Well it has begun. Uhh... begun again. Again. I've lost count honestly. As I sit here, the scanner is clunking obnoxiously, no doubt preparing to annoy me again by getting the brightness wrong once more. But it's all for the love, right? Wrong. It's for self-delusion. I'm pretending I've assembled a small gathering of fans, far too lazy and apathetic to support my cause. It makes me feel all hate and irey inside. Like a puppy stuffed with Paprika. Here's a few mindless things that webcomic people usually say, because they have the space to do so. Ragnarok Online, has gone and snared a good deal more playtesters for their flawed and unbalanded Beta. A step up from the completely flawed, mostly empty and unbalanced Alpha, which I participated in. Of course, because Overlord Ian of the McConville clan begins to play it, the servers become swamped and laggy. For this I hail him even more. Of course, reminding me of it only served to make me waste more times, and ensnare any receptive family members and friends I could dig my claws into it. Well... they're kinda like talons. And by talons I mean fingernails. Also chewed. My character is "Mieyn" on Chaos. If you see me, you'd better mention you frequent my comic, or you won't get a heal. I've started attending the University's Gaming Club. I don't belong to the University, and I don't actually play the games... but I have a good laugh watching people die. Especially Mark. Because it happens often, so I may's well enjoy it. Of course, other than actually entering the outside world, it gives me a chance to sit in on the organising commitee. May start going to AJAS again for the same reason. I'd like for this year's AV Con to be a little better organised, as I'll be in a panel there this year. Last year all that happened was I was a judge at the Quiz night, and sat most of the time at the Registration booth, and had mystery photos taken of me. I'm the one behind the webmaster. For additional info, goeth there... uh... eth. So-o... thanks again to Mr. Simon Cole, for making this comic possible. He wasn't inspiration... and he has problems getting his own scripts together. It was for the loan of this slow, clunky scanner. If it wasn't so suspect, I'd kiss it. Well, back to Ragnarok Online. If it's actually back online. |

Mark: There's this little convention in Adelaide we like to call "AV Connection". I help plan and run it. I was even given the title "The Great" in one piece of official correspondence, and no, I didn't do that myself. Aaaanyways, we are behind schedule this year. But thats because we have a lot more stuff. A LOT more stuff. And now, we need to hurry the publicity the hell up. So, come along. Adelaide University Union building, levels 4 and 5, on the 19th and 20th of July 2003, from 10:00am each day. Adelaide, South Australia. Ticket orders should be available at the end of this week, assuming I can print them in time. This is so gonna rock. We hope. |
